Return and Exchange

Klad works on pre-order model, therefore we don’t have a return / exchange option.

However, products with genuine manufacturing defect, or delivery of incorrect order (product does not match with your order) will be refunded or exchanged only.

• Our Quality Check team shall revert shortly.
• Please do not remove the tags. Product should not be used or worn.
• We will schedule pick up and do the needful at our cost. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. 
• It is important to note that you need to reach out within 2-3 working days, beyond which refund or exchange shall not be accepted.
• The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
